Iād add to this as well. Many of us have benefited from extensive investment in our own personal leadership development by the organisations we worked for earlier in our careers. We can always benefit from passing on that training to the people we support in developing markets - not a ācut and pasteā duplication but rather sharing the principles and practices that work and that can be effective in other cultures. The skills are systematised as āBoundary Spanning Leadershipā and ccl.org is an excellent source of information on how these critical collaborative skills can be developed further.
